I’m a woman and I’m not screwing my husband in divorce. He wants full custody and I’m not arguing with that (all my family is out of state, his is right down the block) and all I want out of it is visitation and my car (we have 2). Its in my SON’s best interest to be around loving family members even though my husband and I don’t get along. My point: not all women are out to screw you guys.

@jonvssocrates Women were created to make men’s lives miserable. Regard the society of women as a necessary evil and then avoid them as much as possible. When you pay a hooker, you’re paying her to “go away.” You don’t need the manipulation women give you once they sucker you into a relationship.

I mean seriously, marriage and divorce is one of those things that you shouldn’t really comment on when you havn’t done either one of them. At least if your married you could give a viable point of view. How can you argue about money, when you come into a situation KNOWING that your partner has no money. That’s like trying to sue a car dealership when you buy an AS-IS car. You need to check your statistics on ppl who get married with and withou money. The friend is correct.

Lawyers don’t like taking all that time to help men. It takes more work to assist men than it do for women. Like he said its quicker to just do the cookie cutter thing (take the kids, assets go to wife etc) and get paid. Screwing the man is easier. Justice takes work and research. And most attorneys don’t like to work unless theres ALOT of money involved.
@bigdollars99 You must have found perfection. Most women will kill that “team” thing you have going as soon as they have some sort of emotional swing. Most women, everyday is a guessing game with them. I’m suppose to know her enough to know what she’s feeling and what she wants. I work full time. I can’t work another job when I get home from work. The whole marriage thing is a farce so far. And the sad thing is,….my first wife was better than the second. Maybe i’m the idiot.

you don’t have to get married to bequeath or have a living will to give your assets to someone and there is nothing anyone can do about it. if you structure your will correctly, no one can dispute it
there is great benefit of getting married, however, it’s getting a marriage license that his the bad thing. Marriage is not defined by a marriage license, even though that’s what “they” want you to think. So, it’s not a marriage problem, it’s a legal problem. My husband was broke as a joke when we got married and we enjoy the struggle together. People want too much, woman can get educated and make their own money now.
When “anyone” gets paid to divorce, we will have a nation of single parent homes. Probably 95% of FIRST marriages FAIL. Men should NEVER get married. There’s no plus side.
@DEMCAD Marriage is sex, as the law views it, a marriage is void if there is no consummation. So if you have sex with a woman you are now basically married, so if you die the woman you had sex with can claim all your assets. Its all a bunch of bullshit
